Who oppose jailbreaking?

Apple, who has controlled most parts of the iOS devices market, is certainly anti-jailbreaking. It released a statement that if you had jailbroken your device, the warranty of your device would become invalid and your device would be degraded.

Yeah, like what Apple said, jailbreak may influence the stability and functions about your devices. So customers who feel content with the current Apple device and want to experience it originally won?t like to jailbreak.

To jailbreak any kind of copyrighted iOS device is illegal by the (DMCA) Digital Millennium Copyright Act. You can read the chapters from Section 1201 on copyright.gov website. And based on the point, Apple can fine you a large sum of money.
