Our client has a need to supplement current HR IS staff with one Business / Technical Analyst with technical skills to help with the data integration analysis between the new client People.net (Global SAP HR) system and existing US (local SAP ERP). The client People.net will send data in real time to USA SAP system using SAP PI technology as the middle layer. The local US system will receive the PA/OM data from the client People.net and process the payroll and benefits locally. The existing OM / PA structure in the US needs to be modified so that it can accept changes coming from the global system.
